Titanium sheet is an excellent material for high-volume production of components by stamping or waterjet cutting. However, the alloy must be cold cut if chemical characteristics are to be maintained since titanium is reactive to heat.

Different Grades
Performance characteristics of our titanium sheet products differ between grades. For example, CP Grade 1 (commercially pure) offers excellent formability and very high corrosion resistance. Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) accounts for more than half the titanium sales globally and features superior toughness and high creep and corrosion resistance.
